研究了回火温度对16NiCo和23NiCo二次硬化超高强度钢显微组织与力学性能的影响。二次硬化峰的形成是具有稳定高密度位错的马氏体及自基体共格析出的M2C共同作用的结果。在430℃回火出现的韧性降低,与板条间形成的渗碳体有关。
The effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 16NiCo and 23NiCo secondary hardened ultrahigh strength steel were studied. The formation of secondary hardening peaks results from the combined action of martensite with stable high-density dislocations and M2C coherently precipitated from the matrix. Tempering at 430 ℃ appears to reduce the toughness, and the formation of cementite between the slabs.
