近几年南昌市商业地产市场呈现“井喷”现象,中介企业纷纷开展商业地产业务。笔者首先对南昌市房地产中介行业的商业地产业务进行分析,发现中介企业商业地产业务呈现业务种类单一、专业能力薄弱等现状。然后,以分类调控政策为背景,分析分类调控政策对南昌市商业地产发展带来的影响。最后,提出分类调控政策下南昌市房地产中介企业商业地产业务的调整策略。
In recent years, Nanchang City, the commercial real estate market showed “blowout ” phenomenon, intermediary companies have launched commercial real estate business. The author first analyzes the commercial real estate business of the real estate agency industry in Nanchang and finds that the commercial real estate business of the intermediary enterprise presents the current status of single business type and weak professional ability. Then, based on the classification control policy, this paper analyzes the impact of classification control policies on the commercial real estate development in Nanchang. Finally, we put forward the adjustment strategy of commercial real estate business of real estate intermediary enterprises in Nanchang under the regulation of classified regulation.
