The scope of policy agricultural insurance includes farming and aquaculture. The government helps the policy-oriented agricultural insurance through financial subsidies, conditional relief and legislative support. The marketing of policy-oriented agricultural insurance can be carried out through the following channels: the channels in combination with the agricultural management departments; the channels of combining with rural credit cooperatives; the channels of combining with other rural financial institutions; the channel of combining with agricultural machinery and agricultural technology extension departments .
