目前有机磷农药的使用日益增加,种类繁多,影响广大农民的身体健康。为了解其发病、对机体的损害,我们分析了113例因使用农药引起中毒患者的SChE、T_3(三碘甲腺原氨酸)、T_4(甲状腺素)、RIA(放射免疫分析法),发现SChE和T_3明显降低,T_4变化不明显。1 资料1.1 患病组 1998年12月~1999年11月因使用有机磷农药引起明显中毒症状,来我院就诊的113例患者,经临床诊断,重度中毒25例、中度中毒56例,轻度中毒32例。共占本院全年度有机磷中毒(包括口服、皮肤、呼吸及其它)患者的67.26%
At present, the use of organophosphorus pesticides is increasing day by day, and the variety of pesticides affects the health of farmers. To understand its pathogenesis and damage to the body, we analyzed 113 cases of SChE, T_3 (triiodothyronine), T_4 (thyroxine), RIA (radioimmunoassay) in patients who were poisoned by pesticides, and found that SChE and T_3 significantly decreased, T_4 change was not obvious. 1 data 1.1 sick group from December 1998 to November 1999 due to the use of organophosphate pesticides caused significant symptoms of poisoning, to our hospital 113 patients, clinically diagnosed, severe poisoning in 25 cases, moderate poisoning in 56 cases, light Degree poisoning in 32 cases.
