目的了解疟疾流行现状及其影响因素,掌握疟疾流行规律和趋势,为评价防治效果和制订疟疾防治对策提供科学依据。方法选择睢宁县疟疾发病率较高的官山镇为疟疾监测点,调查居民疟疾发病情况、居民防蚊设施使用情况,并进行媒介按蚊及病原学监测。结果 2005~2009年间监测点发现疟疾病例40例,5年共血检9 921人,平均血检率为5.28%,检出疟原虫阳性38人,平均阳性率为0.39%,中华按蚊叮人率维持在9~14(只/人/夜)之间。结论加强传染源管理是控制疟疾传播的重要措施,中华按蚊密度较高是当地疟疾疫情出现反复的主要因素之一。
Objective To understand the status quo of malaria epidemic and its influencing factors, grasp the malaria epidemic rules and trends, and provide a scientific basis for evaluating prevention and control effects and formulating malaria control strategies. Methods Guanshan Town with high incidence of malaria in Suining County was selected as the monitoring point for malaria. The incidence of malaria in residents and the use of anti-mosquito facilities of residents were investigated. Anopheles vectors and etiology were also monitored. Results A total of 40 cases of malaria were found in surveillance sites from 2005 to 2009, with 9 921 blood tests in 5 years. The average blood sampling rate was 5.28%. The positive rate of Plasmodium was 38, the average positive rate was 0.39%. Anopheles sinensis bite Rate maintained at 9 to 14 (only / person / night) between. Conclusion Strengthening the management of infection sources is an important measure to control the spread of malaria. The higher density of Anopheles sinensis is one of the main causes of repeated occurrence of malaria in the local area.
