山东青岛即墨市环秀街道王家庄村党总支在开展“两学一做”学习教育过程中,根据农村党员群众的特点,创新形式深入学习宣传习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和治国理政新理念新思想新战略,取得了良好效果。王家庄村党总支下设8个支部,有党员128名,党员中既有文化程度较高的中青年党员,也有老党员、村委老干部。该村在组织党员干部集中学习的基础上,还在党员队伍里建立微信群,把“两学一做”学习教育内容推送
