目的:建立稳定的上颌窦黑色素瘤原位裸鼠模型,为研究鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的发病机制及治疗手段提供动物模型。方法:将B16(小鼠黑色素瘤细胞)细胞悬液注射到裸鼠右上颌窦,待裸鼠形成原位瘤后,监测肿瘤的生长发展和荷瘤鼠的生存情况,并利用MRI技术观察肿瘤局部浸润情况。结果:在裸鼠上颌窦接种B16细胞,上颌窦出现原位瘤,裸鼠生存率和原位瘤体积大小与接种肿瘤细胞数量有关。MRI显示原位瘤向鼻腔、眼眶、颅底浸润。结论:成功构建了上颌窦黑色素瘤原位裸鼠模型,为进一步研究鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的生物学特征及新的治疗策略提供了可行的实验工具。
Objective: To establish a stable in situ model of maxillary sinus melanoma in nude mice and to provide animal models for studying the pathogenesis and treatment of nasal sinus malignant tumors. Methods: B16 (mouse melanoma cell) cell suspension was injected into the right maxillary sinus of nude mice. After the nude mice formed in situ tumors, the growth and development of tumor and the survival of tumor-bearing mice were monitored. MRI Local infiltration. Results: B16 cells were injected into the maxillary sinus of nude mice, and the tumors in situ were found in the maxillary sinus. The survival rate and the size of the tumor in nude mice were related to the number of tumor cells inoculated. MRI showed the tumor in situ to the nasal cavity, orbital, skull base infiltration. Conclusion: The model of orthotopic nude mice with maxillary sinus melanoma was established successfully, which provided a feasible experimental tool for further study on the biological characteristics of nasal sinus malignant tumors and new therapeutic strategies.
