目前,各国对混凝土快速测强的方法很多,日本池田尚治提出的“促凝蒸养”法就是一种比较先进、有效的方法,它是用促凝剂使混凝土试件初具强度并直接放到80℃和100%湿度的恒温恒湿箱中养护,从而取消了其他方法所需的静停期,使试验时间缩短到1.5小时左右。它适用面窄,对水泥风化反应不敏感。我部公路科研所在此法启发
At present, there are many methods for rapid strength measurement of concrete in various countries. The “pro-coagulation and steaming and consolidation” method proposed by Japan’s Ikeda Shangzhi is a relatively advanced and effective method. It uses concrete accelerators to make concrete specimens strength and put them directly. It was maintained in a constant temperature and humidity cabinet at 80°C and 100% humidity, thus canceling the static stop period required by other methods and shortening the test time to about 1.5 hours. It has a narrow application surface and is insensitive to weathering reaction of cement. Our Department of Highway Research is inspired by this law
