我县自1985年暑假引进小学浯文“注音识字,提前读写”实验以来,滚动发展,至1989年秋已在全县普及。到目前为止,全县“注·提”实验班累积达2000多个,参加实验的学生达5.4万人。在一个县范围内开展区域性“注·提”实验,不单单是教学班的扩展,学生数量的增加,而是教学、教研和管理的进一步深化和发展。几年来,我们认真进行了探索,主要做法如下。
