一个企业要树立起自己的良好形象,就得内求团结完善、外求和谐发展。而其中首要的还是企业内部的团结完善,因为缺少了企业内部的凝聚力,企业就失去生存的基础,外部的延伸发展也就无从谈起。员工关系的好坏正是企业内部环境和谐与否的重要标志。因此,怎样处理好员工关系是企业领导层和公关部门面临的大问题。
