追寻15年改革的轨迹,建设现代企业制度的提出是历史的必然。当前,关于现代企业制度的讨论已成为理论界和企业界关注的热点,讨论中在什么是企业制度、什么是现代企业制度、现代企业制度的基本特征等一些基本、重大的问题上有着诸多的争议和分歧。另一方面,对于与此命题密切相关的“制度”“交易费用”“科层结构”等重要理论,对本世纪初大公司的出现及由此带来的现代市场结构性的变化这一重大现象的讨论似乎没有得到应有的重视。应该说我们目前对彼岸的认识还存在着相当程度的模糊性,而这一认识过程的实现有待于更深入的讨论。
Following the trajectory of 15 years of reform, the proposal for the establishment of a modern enterprise system is historically inevitable. At present, the discussion on modern enterprise systems has become a hot issue for the theoretical and business community. There are many basic and major issues in the discussion such as what is the enterprise system, what is the modern enterprise system, and the basic characteristics of the modern enterprise system. Controversy and disagreements. On the other hand, regarding the important theories such as “institution”, “transaction cost” and “section structure” that are closely related to this proposition, the emergence of large companies in the beginning of this century and the resulting structural changes in the modern market are major phenomena. The discussion did not seem to receive the attention it deserved. It should be said that we still have a considerable degree of ambiguity regarding the understanding of the other side of the bank, and the realization of this understanding process needs further discussion.
