随着国际经济一体化和贸易的自由化,在传统的关税和非关税壁垒不断拆除的同时,技术壁垒已成为新的最主要的国际贸易障碍。本文主要针对技术壁垒对我国农产品出口贸易的影响及对策做了初步研究。
Along with the international economic integration and the liberalization of trade, while traditional tariff and non-tariff barriers are being dismantled, technological barriers have become the new most important obstacle to international trade. This article mainly aims at the technical barriers to the impact of China’s agricultural exports and countermeasures to do a preliminary study.
