素有“平陆不平,沟三千”之称的平陆县的人心并不像当地的地理环境那样布满沟沟坎坎。在平陆县司法局构建的防线下,法治与和谐正成为这里一道新的风景线。近年来,平陆县司法局在以姬强民为班长的带领下,立足构建“和谐平陆”、“平安平陆”的发展理念,精准贯彻上级司法行政工作主要精神,以服务县域经济发展为中心,以维护社会和谐稳定为基石,努力实践社会矛盾化解、社会管理创新、公正廉洁执法上的新突破
