以荧光试剂核黄素为化学发光试剂,构建了N-氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)-核黄素-盐酸曲普利啶化学发光新体系。利用此体系建立了测定盐酸曲普利啶的化学发光分析新方法,方法的线性范围为1.0×10-8~9.0×10-7g/mL,检出限为8×10-9g/mL,对浓度为1.0×10-7g/mL盐酸曲普利啶溶液进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%。此法已用于药品中盐酸曲普利啶含量的测定,结果与药典测定结果一致。对该化学发光反应的机理也进行了初步的探讨。
A new chemiluminescence system of N-chlorosuccinimide (NCS) -briplex-triprolidine hydrochloride was constructed with the fluorescent reagent riboflavin as chemiluminescence reagent. A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of triprolidine hydrochloride was established by using this system. The linear range of the method was 1.0 × 10-8 ~ 9.0 × 10-7g / mL with the detection limit of 8 × 10-9g / mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 11 parallel determinations at a concentration of 1.0 × 10 -7 g / mL of triprolidine hydrochloride solution was 0.9%. This method has been used in the determination of drug content of triprolidine hydrochloride, the results consistent with the determination of pharmacopoeia. The mechanism of the chemiluminescence reaction was also discussed.
