群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线,而基层党组织则是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,也是贯彻群众路线的基础力量。基层党组织贯彻群众路线,必须适应基层社会结构的客观要求,找到联系群众、发挥作用的阵地空间。当前社区与群众关系的日益密切向执政党提出了占领这一阵地的客观要求,但社区能否成为我们党在城市工作的基础、成为我们党密切联系群众和巩固执政基础的重要阵地,有赖于加强和创新社区党建工作。我们应在社区党建中贯彻群众路线。
The mass line is the party’s life line and the basic line of work. The grass-roots party organizations, on the other hand, are the foundation for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness and also the basis for carrying out the mass line. In carrying out the mass line, grassroots party organizations must meet the objective requirements of the grassroots social structure and find a space where they can connect with the masses and play their role. The increasingly close relationship between the community and the masses has set an objective demand for the ruling party to occupy this position. However, whether or not the community can become the basis for our party’s work in cities and become an important front for our party in its efforts to keep in close contact with the masses and consolidate the ruling foundation depends on Strengthen and Innovate the Party Building in the Community. We should carry out the mass line in the party building in the community.
