口腔科是医院感染管理的重点科室,在治疗口腔疾病时,操作过程全部在患者口腔内进行,治疗中被患者唾液、血液、牙体切割组织感染的口腔治疗器械是造成血源性感染疾病的主要危险因素〔1〕。针对口腔科医院感染管理特点,结合医院质量管理,创造口腔科安全就医环境,我们专门制定和加强了口腔科消毒管理措施,以提高消毒与灭菌质量。
