随着后房型人工晶体植入术的开展,现代白内障囊外摘除术已成为白内障的主要手术方式,但它易出现一些手术造成的并发症,对此的体会报告如下:1987年2月至1990年12月共施行现代白内障囊外摘除术27例29眼,男16例,女11例,年龄37～80岁.外伤性白内障3例,并发性白内障1例,余为老年性白内障.出现各种并发症7例,其中明显内皮损伤、后弹力层剥离1例;晶体脱位及半脱位各1例;前房异物2例;玻璃体脱出3例.
With the posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, modern extracapsular cataract extraction has become the main surgical method of cataract, but it is prone to some complications caused by surgery, the experience is reported as follows: February 1987 to 1990 In December of 2007, 27 cases (29 eyes) of extracapsular cataract extraction were performed, including 16 males and 11 females, aged from 37 to 80. There were 3 cases of traumatic cataract and 1 case of complicated cataract, the others were senile cataract. There were 7 kinds of complications, including obvious endothelial injury, 1 case of detachment of posterior elastic layer, 1 case of dislocation and subluxation, 2 cases of anterior chamber foreign body and 3 cases of vitreous prolapse.
