目的为医院病案统计人员创建疑难疾病编码和手术操作编码讨论平台,提供快捷、权威、持续的信息支持。方法采用微信公众平台订阅号开发模式的自定义菜单、接收消息、发送消息等高级接口功能,搭建国际疾病分类辞典。结果基于微信平台国际疾病分类辞典的应用,提高了病案统计人员查找疑难编码的速度和准确率,拓展了编码人员的专业知识视野和编码操作的技术水平。结论微信平台国际疾病分类辞典和国际疾病分类实用维基百科网站的联合应用,形成了一本具有便捷性、权威性、开放性、协作性、体系性的国际疾病分类百科全书,编码人员在这个平台上进行学术交流、互动和分享,打破了时间和空间的界限,使工作效率更加便利高效,真正实现了“一机在手,服务你我”。
The purpose of the hospital medical record statistics to create difficult disease coding and surgical code discussion platform to provide fast, authoritative, continuous information support. Conclusions The joint application of the WeChat Dictionary of International Diseases and the International Classification of Diseases of Practical Wikipedia has resulted in an encyclopedia of the International Classification of Diseases that is convenient, authoritative, open, collaborative and systematic.
