目的了解绵阳市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病知识、行为及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/梅毒感染现状。方法以绵阳市6县2区1市MSM为对象,应用滚雪球抽样法,在固定场所、知情同意下进行调查对象招募,采用国家哨点监测问卷进行自填式匿名行为学调查和生物学检测,在855例调查对象中,获得合格问卷833份。结果在833例中,对艾滋病知识的知晓率达97.2%。调查对象近6月内有男性肛交的占85.6%、男性商业性行为的占2.1%、异性性行为的占10.3%,吸毒行为的占1.2%;近1年内诊断过性病的有3.7%。近1次和近6个月内有保护性男性肛交、男性商业性行为、异性性行为的分别为86.2%、57.8%、60.0%和47.1%,51.7%、27.6%。生物学检测HIV确证感染率为3.0%,梅毒感染率为4.9%,丙型肝炎感染率为7%,不同地区HIV确证感染率差异无统计学意义(P=0.095),梅毒感染率差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),绵阳城区最高,为7.1%。结论该市MSM对艾滋病知识的知晓率较高,防治取得初步成效,但高危行为仍较普遍,应继续加大干预力度。
Objective To understand AIDS knowledge, behavior and HIV / syphilis infection among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Mianyang City. Methods The MSM of 2 districts and 1 city in 6 counties of Mianyang City was used as the research object. The snowball sampling method was used to survey the respondents in a fixed place with informed consent. The self-contained anonymous behavioral survey and biological tests were conducted by using the national sentinel surveillance questionnaire. Of the 855 respondents, 833 were eligible. Results In 833 cases, the awareness rate of AIDS was 97.2%. The respondents accounted for 85.6% of male anal intercourse in the recent 6 months, 2.1% of men in commercial sex, 10.3% of heterosexual sex and 1.2% of drug abuse, and 3.7% of sexually transmitted diseases in the past year. In the past one and nearly six months there were 86.2%, 57.8%, 60.0% and 47.1%, 51.7% and 27.6% of protective male anal sex, male commercial sex and heterosexual behavior respectively. The rate of confirmatory HIV infection was 3.0%, the syphilis infection rate was 4.9% and the hepatitis C infection rate was 7%. There was no significant difference in the confirmed HIV prevalence in different areas (P = 0.095) and the difference in syphilis infection rates Significance (P = 0.001), Mianyang City highest, 7.1%. Conclusion The awareness of HIV / AIDS among MSM in the city is high, and prevention and treatment have achieved initial success. However, high-risk behaviors are still common and intervention efforts should continue to be intensified.
