目的:研究活血破血药对慢性肝损伤的作用。方法:运用牛血清白蛋白所致大鼠免疫损伤性肝硬变模型,研究破血药组方对大鼠肝匀浆SOD和MDA的影响。结果:破血药各组SOD活性较模型组明显升高(P<0.05),但剂量间不呈量效关系:MDA含量下降以破血药中、小剂量为好(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀药有确切的抗慢性肝损伤的作用,但剂量增大不一定增加疗效。
Objective: To study the effect of blood-activating agents on chronic liver injury. METHODS: The immune-induced liver cirrhosis model induced by bovine serum albumin (BSA) was used to study the effects of the decoction of blood stasis on SOD and MDA in rat liver homogenate. RESULTS: The SOD activity of each group was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.05), but there was no dose-effect relationship between doses: the decrease in MDA content was better with medium and low doses of hemolytic agents (P<0.05). Conclusion: The blood circulation and phlegm medicine has exact anti-chronic liver injury effect, but the dose increase does not necessarily increase the curative effect.
