按国标GB228—76金属拉力试验法:“35伸长率的测定(1)断后标距部分长度l_1的测定:将试样拉断后两段在拉断处紧密对接起来,尽量使其轴线位于同一直线上。……直测法:如拉断处到邻近标距端点的距离大于1/3l_0时,可直接测得两端点间的距离。” 根据以上规定,在比例圆柱形试样伸长率的测定中,因没有测定伸长率的夹具,全靠手工操作,往往使l_1,的测定数值不够精确。为了准确地测出试样拉断后两标距端点间的距离,我们自制了材料延长率试验夹具。(以下简称夹具)
