患者,男、25岁,军人,主因四肢疼痛两天而就医。该患者于1984年7月6日因偏头痛服麦角胺咖啡因(中国上海信谊药厂;批号:840312)治疗,一日三次,一次两片(每片含洒石酸麦角胺lmg),共服14片,次日上午感恶心,全身不适,四肢疼痛,四肢内侧可见条索状物,表面无红肿,压痛明显,停用上述口服药,仍有疼痛,影响活动。平素体健,有肝炎史,无外伤手术史及药物过敏史,有烟酒嗜好。外科情况:四肢发育正常,四肢内侧浅静脉可见索状物,表面无红肿,压痛明显。诊断:四肢血栓性浅静脉炎。收住院治疗(住院号:67963)。经理疗、口服维生素C、扑尔敏治疗,19天康复。
