中国铁道学会经济委员会铁道决策科学学组于1992年5月17～20日在苏州召开了铁路经营与发展运行机制研讨会。会议回顾了铁道决策科学学组自1991年8月成立以来的工作情况,围绕铁路经营与发展两大主题发表了14篇论文;对有计划商品经济条件下,铁路运输的经营机制进行了热烈的讨论,重点研究了铁路运输与市场的结合问题,明确了学组下一步研究方向和研究重点。此外,上海铁路局还介绍了浦东开发的情况。
China Railway Society Economic Commission Railway Decision Science Group held a seminar on railway operation and development operation mechanism in Suzhou from May 17 to May 20, 1992. The meeting reviewed the work done by the Railway Policy Science Group since its establishment in August 1991 and published 14 papers around the two major topics of railway operation and development. The conference conducted a warm discussion on the operating mechanism of rail transport under the planned commodity economy Discussion, focusing on the combination of rail transport and market issues, a clear study group next direction and focus of research. In addition, Shanghai Railway Bureau also introduced the development of Pudong.
