国务院廉政工作会议是新一届国务院组成后,面向全国召开的第一个工作会议,受到全国政府系统和社会各界的关注。此次会议通过召开电视电话会议的形式,将国务院关于大力推进政府系统廉政勤政建设和反腐败工作的要求直接传达到基层,让人耳目一新。温家宝总理在会上作的简短有力的重要讲话,引起了与会者的强烈共鸣。监察部、教育部、财政部、农业部和卫生部的主要领导分别从不同的角度,对进一步建设行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效的政府作了重点发言。现摘要刊发五位部长的发言,供各地各部门在贯彻这次会议精神中学习。
The Independent Commission Against Work of the State Council is the first working conference convened by the State Council after the formation of the new State Council and has drawn the attention of the government system and the community from all over the country. The meeting convened a teleconference in the form of the State Council on vigorously promoting the construction of an honest and diligent government system and anti-corruption work requirements directly to the grassroots level, refreshing. The brief and powerful important speech made by Premier Wen Jiabao at the meeting has aroused the strong resonance of the participants. The major leaders of the Ministry of Supervision, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Health made key speeches respectively from different perspectives on further building a government with norms of conduct, coordination in operation, fairness and transparency, honesty and efficiency.
