强心甙常用的测定方法有比色法、荧光法、TLC 法和 HPLC 法等。本文报道用微柱HPLC 方法测定洋地黄毒甙片(1)和去乙酰毛花甙 C 注射液(Ⅱ)及它们的含量均匀度,具有快速、准确、省时的特点色谱条件:测定洋地黄毒甙用 ODS 反相柱(102×0.5mm,id),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(10∶20∶17)。流速8μl/min,检测波长:220nm,进样量0.5μl,黄体酮为内标。测定去乙酰毛花甙 C 用 ODS 反相柱(114×0.5mm,id),流动相为乙腈-水(21∶70)。流速及检测波长同测定洋地黄毒甙法。进样量1.0μl,可的松为内标。
Cardiac glycosides commonly used determination of colorimetric method, fluorescence method, TLC method and HPLC method. This article reports the determination of digoxigenin tablets (1) and stilcosin C injection (Ⅱ) by micro-column HPLC method and their content uniformity, with the characteristics of fast, accurate and time-saving chromatographic conditions: ODS reverse phase column (102 × 0.5mm, id) and mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water (10:20:17). Flow rate 8μl / min, detection wavelength: 220nm, injection volume 0.5μl, progesterone as an internal standard. Deacetylthymidine C was determined using an ODS reverse phase column (114 × 0.5 mm, id) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (21:70). Flow rate and detection wavelength with the determination of digoxin method. Injection volume 1.0μl, cortisone as an internal standard.
