严重膀胱出血可继发于新生物、照射或感染,亦可由药物诱发。各种治疗方法包括经尿道电灼出血血管、盐水冲洗及福尔马林滴注,亦不能控制严重出血。最近报告,明矾冲洗对控制严重膀胱出血有效,这种治疗的效果和安全性,在本组5例患者中得到进一步证实。1例患者继自发性膀胱破裂后,明矾漏入腹腔,但对腹腔内脏无副作用。一、治疗方法本组5例严重膀胱出血者,均对多次盐水冲洗和反复电灼出血血管无效。抽空膀胱内凝血后,用一根3通22F Foley导管,滴入明矾液冲洗。冲洗液为
