目前国内青蒿素含量测定方法有碘量法、异羟膏亏酸铁比色法、硫氰酸铁比色法、紫外分光光度法。这些方法大都着眼于青蒿素分子中的氧桥的氧化性,影响因素较多,还涉及到标准对照品的制备问题。本文从制订质量标准的要求出发,对青蒿素电位滴定法进行了研究。从实验结果可以确定青蒿素分子中的内酯过氧桥七元环结构,在碱性条件下水解开环,等当地中和碱,从滴定曲线(表1)可确定突
At present, the determination of artemisinin content methods are iodine method, hydroxy acid cream colorimetry, thiocyanate colorimetry, UV spectrophotometry. Most of these methods focus on the oxidation of the oxygen bridge in artemisinin molecules, affecting many factors, but also involves the preparation of standard reference substance. In this paper, starting from the requirements of the development of quality standards, artemisinin potential titration method was studied. From the experimental results, we can determine the lactone peroxo-bridge seven-membered ring structure in artemisinin molecule, hydrolyze ring-opening under alkaline conditions, neutralize the base, and local neutralization base.
