采用同位素稀释法和相对灵敏度因子法定量分析了９９．９９９～９９．９９９９％Ｔｍ＿２Ｏ＿３中２０多种稀土及非稀土杂质含量，测定下限０．０Ｘ～０．００Ｘμｇ／ｇ，大多数元素相对标准偏差在３０％以内，同位素稀释法所测Ｚｎ、Ｂａ、Ｅｕ的相对标准偏差在１０％。
