酚妥拉明治疗妊高征 将酚妥拉明20毫克加入5％葡萄糖500毫升中静滴直至分娩结束,根据血压调整滴数,可使血压下降2～5/1～3千帕(15～37/7～22毫米汞柱),对照组将25％硫酸镁30毫升加入5％葡萄糖500毫升中静滴,两组同时静滴安定10毫克。结果表明,治疗组产程进展快,阴道助产率低,自然分娩率高,宫缩乏力率减少,产后出血率低。
