以黄沙坪多金属矿体为研究对象,针对原铅锌矿开采中存在的作业安全性差、生产工序复杂、生产能力低和成本高等技术问题开展研究,优化选择了分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后尾废耦合充填采矿法,经2年多的现场工业试验,该采矿法矿房生产能力一般可达400~500 t/d,采矿回收率为85.18%、贫化率为6%,采矿工班效率为40 t/工班,耙矿效率为35 t/工班,证明该方案工艺简单、劳动效率高,生产能力大,能有效避免矿柱大量损失,是一种适合于该多金属矿体的理想采矿方法。
