为了进一步深入研究重大理论与现实问题,为理论界和实际部门提供交流和对话的平台,为党委和政府的决策提供参考,中共福建省委党校决定从2004年起不定期举办“领导与决策论坛”。日前,中共福建省委党校联合中国乡镇企业报共同主办的首次论坛:“海峡西岸经济区和福建农村现代化研究”在福建省委党校召开。本次论坛的主题是“加快福建农村现代化发展步伐,推进海峡西岸经济区建设”。来自政府部门、高等院校、科研机构和农业企业界的领导、专家、学者和企业家100多人参加了此次论坛。本刊现精选论坛的部分内容,以飨读者。
In order to further study major theoretical and practical issues, provide theoretical and practical platforms for exchanges and dialogues, and provide references for the party committees and governments’ decision-making. The CPC Fujian Provincial Committee Party School decided to organize from time to time since 2004 “leadership and decision-making forum”. Recently, the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee Party School jointly with China’s township enterprises newspaper co-sponsored the first forum: “Economic Zone on the West Bank and Fujian Rural Modernization ” was held in Fujian Provincial Party School. The theme of this forum is “to speed up the pace of rural modernization in Fujian and promote the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.” More than 100 leaders, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from government departments, universities, research institutes and agricultural enterprises participated in the forum.
