为了保证施工工程的公平竞争而采取的投标制度,对我国工程质量和经济投入起到了积极的作用。施工方要想中标,投标报价十分关键。投标报价的准确与否直接关系到施工单位的经济利益和中标与否。施工单位作为建设项目的重要的参与者,通过对工程项目合理的投标报价、充分利用建设资金,对保证施工单位的利益具有重要的作用,因此投标过程中必须对诸多风险加以认真的考虑。介绍了风险将对投标报价产生的直接影响,投标报价风险分析,工程方面、业主方面、竞争对手的风险因素。
In order to ensure the fair competition of construction projects, the bidding system has played an active role in the construction quality and economic input of our country.
