This article elaborates the historical background and basic principles of Angang’s Constitution. And emphatically discusses the basic law of the proletariat-run enterprise of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which is of great practical significance in today’s accelerating reform and development, changing the management mechanism of enterprises and raising the level of operation and management, and realizing the basic framework of establishing a socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics .
