新疆农一师十二团,地处塔里木河南岸,自然条件较差,加之十年浩劫的严重破坏,是一个亏损长达20多年的后进单位。十一届三中全会以来,十二团党委积极清除左的影响,开展“两个文明”建设,特别是狠抓了党风建设,使党风取得了明显好转,调动了群众积极性,促进了生产发展,面貌发生了很大变化。十二团抓党风的做法是: 健全制度层层负责党的十二大以来,团党委把实现党风好转列入党委的主要议事日程,作为一件大事来抓。一是党委常委经常开会,主动地分析和研究党风方面的突出问题;二是每月召开一次各支部纪检委员会议,汇报检查党风党纪情况;三是每半年开展一次全团性的党风党纪大检查;四是开展群众
