小学班级管理是学校组织教学工作的基础,班主任作为学校里对学生学习和生活最了解的人,其工作的质量直接关系到学生能否健康成长,关系到学校的办学效果。当前小学班级的现状是班容量巨大、教学活动多、管理程序复杂,而且班主任多由授课老师兼任,使得班主任群体的工作任务繁重,这就导致了很多诸如班主任和学生的沟通交流缺失、解决问题耐心不足等问题。针对以上的现状和问题,笔者在本文中结合自己多年班主任的任职经验,谈谈小学班主任如何做好班级的管理工作。
