1.病例介绍 例1,男50岁,因左侧颞颌关节功能紊乱综合征在某院行左颞颌关节局部注射2.5％强的松龙0.5ml,数分钟后恶心呕吐、头晕心慌,视物不清,当即平卧休息。次晨发现左眼视物不见来我院。检查:全身未见异常。眼部:右眼视力1.2,左眼无光感。右眼正常,左眼瞳孔散大约6mm,直接对光反射消失,间接对光反射迟钝,视网膜动脉呈铜丝状,视网膜后极部灰白色水肿,黄斑呈樱桃红。诊断:左眼视网膜中央动脉阻塞。给妥拉苏林球后注射,舌下含硝酸甘油,并吸氧、低分子
