In this paper, the changes of serum thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb) and TSH binding to immunoglobulin (TBII) in patients with Graves’ disease (GD) before and after antithyroid drug treatment (ATD) were studied. The detection rates of TSAb and TBII before treatment Respectively 91.7% and 79.2%. After treatment, the activity and the positive rate of the two antibodies were significantly decreased, indicating that anti-thyroid drugs can improve the immune abnormalities in patients with GD. TSAb and TBII activity is not related, suggesting TSH receptor antibody (TRAb) has heterogeneity. TSAb and TBII activity and serum thyroid hormone levels have no correlation, indicating that in vitro determination of TSAb or / and TBII activity does not fully reflect the severity of hyperthyroidism.
