本文导出了考虑各轴段直径的不同,连轴节重量等因素,直接求解整个轴系运动微分方程的计算式,来计算轴系各阶横向振动临界转速,编出了计算程序,在TQ—16电子计算机上对很多实际船舶轴系进行了计算,并到海上对实际船舶轴系进行了实测[5]。计算与实测结果表明,本文提出的计算方法基本上符合实际情况,计算与实测之间的误差一般为5%左右。文中对计算与实测结果进行了分析,并与目前国内还在采用的计算方法进行了比较。分析比较表明,本文提出的计算方法克服了一些计算方法的某些缺点,对各种船舶轴系都能较准确地计算出所关心的各阶临界转速。
In this paper, the calculation formulas of the differential equations of the whole shaft system are directly calculated considering the different diameters of the shaft sections and the weight of the shaft joint. The critical speed of the transverse vibration of the shaft system is calculated, and the calculation program is compiled. In the TQ- A number of actual ship shafting were computed on a computer and measured at sea to the actual ship’s shafting [5]. The calculation and measurement results show that the calculation method proposed in this paper is basically in line with the actual situation, and the error between calculation and measurement is generally about 5%. In this paper, the calculation and the measured results are analyzed and compared with the methods still used in China. The analysis and comparison shows that the calculation method proposed in this paper overcomes some shortcomings of some calculation methods and can calculate the critical speed of each stage concerned more accurately for all types of ships.
