目的 观察小针刀配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 将100例患者随机分为2组.治疗组给小针刀配合中药治疗,对照组给予中医推拿治疗,疗程各为四周观测临床症状、体征指标变化,并进行6个月跟踪随访.结果 两组治疗后有效率相比,近期疗效无显著性差异,远期疗效有显著性差异(P
