在部队,讲好思想政治教育课,是各级领导干部和政治干部应当具备的一项基本功,甚至是一个看家本领。事实上,很多人在这方面做得并不够好,具体到部队思想政治工作实践中,我们也时常能够感受得到,那些演讲式授课常常叫人疲惫、宣教式授课往往使人乏味、讲话式授课时时让人遭罪、念经式授课容易催人昏睡、胡诌式授课可能令人崩溃。究其根本,出现这些情况,关键的问题多是讲课人在讲课之前没有写出高质量高水平的思想政治教育
