按照中共上海市委关于开展“世博会与上海新一轮发展”大讨论的部署,2003年4月28日下午市委常委、副市长周禹鹏同志主持召开了“世博会与上海新一轮产业发展”综合讨论会。会议邀请著名的国际咨询公司,本市高等院校、研究机构、大型企业和政府有关部门的专家学者,围绕“抓住新机遇,寻求新突破,实现新发展”这一主题,重点就上海新一轮产业发展的重大思路、新的举措、重点突破口等问题进行了深入研讨。
