目的:调查分析西藏自治区当前地、县两级疾控中心卫生人力资源状况,为将来更加合理配置西藏疾控系统卫生人力资源提供依据。方法:自制问卷,开展现场问卷调查和访谈,利用EpiData 3.1和SPSS 19.0对现场收集数据进行统计分析。结果:西藏地、县两级疾控中心人员数量不足,技术人员学历层次偏低,专业结构有待优化,技术人员中高级职称比例偏低。结论:应优化西藏地、县两级疾控中心卫生人力资源配置。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the current situation of health human resources in Tibet CDC at the prefecture and county levels to provide basis for more rational allocation of human resources for health and disease control in Tibet in the future. Methods: Self-made questionnaires, questionnaires and interviews conducted on-site, the use of EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 19.0 on-site statistical analysis of data collected. Results: The number of CDC personnel in prefecture and county level in Tibet is not enough, the academic level of technical staff is low, the professional structure needs to be optimized, and the proportion of middle and senior professional titles among technical staff is low. Conclusion: The distribution of health human resources of CDCs in Tibet should be optimized.
