考察了负载银催化剂上银的晶粒形态。催化剂载体是以刚玉为骨架,微晶莫来石为粘结相,高温烧结而成的陶瓷型材料。以钡做为助催化剂,采用乳酸银、醋酸钡过量浸溃的方法干燥活化而制成。扫描电镜观察到,在含有助剂钡的催化剂上,银粒呈现出规则的正六角形外观。催化剂上的银粒在1000kV下的电子衍射花样表明,银粒是以分立的单晶微粒的形态分布在载体上。助催化剂钡有利于银在载体上的分散。并对银的晶体生长进行了讨论。
The grain morphology of silver on supported silver catalyst was investigated. Catalyst carrier is based on corundum, microcrystalline mullite binder phase, high temperature sintering ceramic material. Barium as a cocatalyst, the use of silver lactate, barium acetate excessive impregnation method activated dry and made. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the silver particles showed a regular positive hexagonal appearance on the barium-containing catalyst. Electron diffraction patterns of the silver particles on the catalyst at 1000 kV indicate that the silver particles are distributed on the support in the form of discrete single crystal particles. The promoter of barium favors the dispersion of silver on the support. The crystal growth of silver is discussed.
