我所中小型泵试验台采用图1所示的供油系统。试验台投入使用四年多来,该供油系统能使试验正常进行。但是,1982年我们为一家工厂进行引进样泵的性能试验时,供油系统发生了问题。试验采用图2所示的试验系统,跑合试验后测空载流量,几次测量值都比资料上列出的大,而且各次测量值变动较大。分析认为图1所示的供油系统不能满足阀配流类泵对供油的要求。因为图1所示的供油压力是由溢流阀的手柄调节,手柄全部退出时调节值约为5kgf/cm~2。这个压力值足以打开阀配流类泵的进出口两个单向
Our small and medium-sized pump test bench using the oil system shown in Figure 1. The test rig put into use more than four years, the oil supply system can make the test normal. However, when we introduced a prototype pump performance test for a factory in 1982, there was a problem with the fueling system. Test using the test system shown in Figure 2, run to test after the test no-load flow, several measurements are larger than the data listed, and each measured value changes. The analysis shows that the oil supply system shown in FIG. 1 can not meet the requirements of the valve distribution type pump for oil supply. Because the oil supply pressure shown in Figure 1 is regulated by the handle of the relief valve, the adjustment value when the handle is all withdrawn is about 5 kgf / cm ~ 2. This pressure value is sufficient to open the inlet and outlet of the valve distribution pump two one-way
