金属型重力铸造至今仍是国内外发动机活塞的主赛成形方式之一。活塞铸造生产中对于上抽芯的金属型来讲,铸件成形的关键就是顺序凝固。其凝固的顺序是:从铸件—胃口颈—冒口。凝固的方向应是:从外型向内芯进行,从底部向上进行,否则,缩松、缩孔、气孔将层出不穷。改变金属模的散热条件,是控制铸件顺序凝固的方法之一。 本文以改变金属模底板的散热条件,采用不同冷却方式,就铸到底板,对铝活塞铸件的凝固的影响进行分析。
