我国经济的发展,使得建筑行业有了巨大的发展空间,并且随着科技水平的不断提高,我国建筑行业在其施工技术与造价管理方面也有了巨大进步。众所周知,建筑行业是个高消耗的行业,其在施工过程中,会消耗很多自然资源,与此同时,大量的资金也被消耗。提高企业经济收益,从工程造价管理入手,是非常必要的,文章首先将工程造价管理对施工管理的影响进行了分析和阐述,进而又对建筑工程造价管理阶段分析及对策展开了研究。
