张家港位于沪宁之间,长江下游南岸,是我国长江沿岸的一座新兴对外开放港口。目前,投资总额达2.6亿元的张家港二期建设工程已列为国家重点建设项目。本文试从张家港的发展地位及存在的主要问题来探讨其发展战略。 一、张家港的发展及其地位 综观长江沿岸各主要港口的发展史,张家港可谓处在“成长发育”阶段。从1968年开港至今,货物年吞吐量已超400 ×10~4t,集装箱吞吐量一直居江苏各港之首,并开辟了27条国际和地区航线,成为我国一座中型的现代化对外开放港口。
Located between Shanghai and Nanjing and on the south bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Zhangjiagang is a newly opened port along the Yangtze River in China. At present, Zhangjiagang Phase II Construction Project, with a total investment of 260 million yuan, has been listed as a national key construction project. This paper attempts to explore its development strategy from the development status of Zhangjiagang and its main problems. First, the development of Zhangjiagang and its position Looking at the history of major ports along the Yangtze River, Zhangjiagang can be described as in the “growth and development” stage. Since the opening of the port in 1968, the annual throughput of goods has surpassed 400 × 10 ~ 4t. Container throughput has been the first of all ports in Jiangsu and opened up 27 international and regional routes. It has become a medium-sized modernized port for opening up in our country.
