企业作为一个经济组织,作为社会构成的一个重要组成部分,在构建社会主义和谐社会中承担着不可推卸的责任。企业文化是企业建设的核心内容,常常被誉为企业的灵魂和支柱,在提升企业软实力中的作用不容小觑。在当今竞争日益激烈的社会,塑造一个企业优良的企业文化,对经济蓬勃发展、内部安定有序、内外关系和谐等各个方面的建设都是大有裨益的。提升企业软实力中的企业文化建设,应学习和借鉴优秀传统文化和其他企业的文化建设经验并加以创新,丰富企业文化内涵,确立个性企业标识系统,并坚持与时俱进。
As an economic organization, an important part of the social structure, an enterprise plays an unshirkable responsibility in building a harmonious socialist society. Corporate culture is the core of enterprise construction, often referred to as the soul and pillar of the enterprise, in enhancing the role of enterprise soft power should not be underestimated. In today’s increasingly competitive society, shaping an enterprise’s fine corporate culture is of great benefit to the rapid economic development, internal stability and order, and the building of a harmonious internal and external relations. To enhance the building of enterprise culture in enterprise soft power, we should learn from and draw on the experience of excellent traditional culture and other enterprises in cultural construction, innovate them, enrich the connotation of corporate culture, establish a personalized corporate identity system, and keep pace with the times.
