作者从介绍青龙瀑布风景名胜区的自然景观和人文景观入手，分析了风景区的现状，并对风景区旅游结构和综合价值进行了评价；得出风景区的旅游资源价值达一级水平的结论；进而提出对青龙瀑布风景名胜区开发的建议。
