稻瘿蚊(Orseolia oryzae Wood——Mason)是我区水稻的主要害虫之一,近几年来发生严重,均达中等程度以上.为了尽早模清其发生发展规律,为测报及防治服务,笔者在药剂防治试验及秧田期至本田期追踪调查中,发现使用刀片纵剖秧苗生长点调查稻瘿蚊发生情况,确是一个结果更为可靠的简便易行的方法.一、材料和方法(一)调查方法1、先于晚稻秧田期,秧龄15——20天,在21块秧田采用平行跳跃小样方多点取样法取样150苗左右,用刀片纵剖秧苗生长点,再用20倍的手持放大镜检查生长点部位的稿瘿蚊幼虫的侵入情况;即得侵入率.
